I’m down grading Cole Watch. It’s over as far as I’m concerned. Cole’s contines to improve. He was able to get a real bath today. I don’t think he has had one in about a week and a half. Let’s just say he needed it…badly! He’s still on nasal prongs, so that’s good. He’s at about a 7 flow and 40% O2 (Where as Paige is at a 1 flow and 100% O2). We did find out he won’t be joining his sister for a long time. With the infection and his respiratory issues, he just doesn’t meet the minimum qualification of health to be moved back into the private rooms. He’ll have to do his hard time in Gen Pop. Cole now weighs 5 pounds 2 ounces. So all in all I don’t think he has lost that much weight gain. Paige is at 5 pounds 10 ounces. She has always been about 6-8 ounces bigger than him. He’s tolerating his feeds real well so he should be back up to full feeds soon. Paige had another good day as well. Grandma and Grandpa Rainer paid her a visit and gave her a little cuddle time. However, Paige continues to be erratic on the bottle. She’ll take a few full feeds by bottle, then not so much. I’m still guessing she’ll be home within 3 weeks. Cole on the other hand probably 1.5-2 months is my guess, but what do I know?
