We had our weekly cervix check yesterday. Everything looks great, for a cervix that is. Sunday marks the 1/2 way point. 24 weeks cannot get here soon enough.
We’ve noticed that Cole hasn’t been acting himself lately. He’s been sleeping a lot more and his eyes have looked kind of dusky. We were lucky enough have an impromptu peed appointment today. Everything checked out fine. The peed did agree how Cole looks just a tad off. We’re thinking that he might be getting sick. We are going to keep an eye on him and take him back if it looks like he is getting sick. We also got a weight check while at the doctor. Cole hasn’t gained any weight in about month. That’s not good. I’m not sure what we are going to do with the little guy. He’s just really plateaued on the growth charts. He is just so active and doesn’t really eat that much (still). In fact he is so active, it’s almost impossible to change his diapers or clothes. He’s always rolling over on his stomach. The boy is nuts I tell you! How do you slow down a baby that is going at warp speed? Baby tranquilizers?

Just a suggestion that I use for my squirmy wormy….
I give him a small toy to hold & playwith while I change diapers/clothes.
Or heck sometimes his comb, lotion bottle or something else on his dresser/changing table.
