Being a preemie parent you end up with a lot of anniversaries. The first couple years every other day seems like another anniversary. One year ago they had PDA surgery. One year ago they were able to breathe on their own. One year ago he had hernia surgery. Etc. Today marks our one year anniversary of coming home from the NICU. We haven’t looked back since unless you count forgetting to turn on Cole’s O2 when he came home. Ugh, that sucked.

Your little ones are so cute. I can’t help but be happy when I see Paige’s adorable little ‘chicklet’ teeth and her beautiful smile! I’ve been reading your blog for a very long time but have never been able to post a message. I just had to give it a try again to congratulate you all on one fabulous, roller-coaster of a year!

Happy Coming Home Day! I love the bottom pic. I remember a time where I used to take a gazillion pics of H and E together. Now, it’s just an exercise in frustration, so I don’t bother!
