If you find an old sippy cup with milk in it and you don’t know when it was from, just throw it out, don’t try to clean it.

I have never left a note before, but after having 3 boys I couldn’t help but laugh out loud on mental note #2!!! Been there and done that! I love reading your site! The kids are so cute!
Just a quick question…
18 months, and you’re only on Mental Note #2???
That is sooooooooooo true, we have been there and done that more than once, my sister has 6 month old twins and thinks we are crazy for things like that, we just keep telling her that her time is coming to join the world of crazy parent tips!
I had a girlfriend who watched my 18 month old for a year during the day. Every once and a while, she’d run low on sippy cups and dig through my car, pull them out, and wash them… Even though I told her I’d rather replace them! She musta had a stroooooooooong stomach!
Oh my, I have a completley new respect for you guys (especally Tobie staying home with the kids)! I have been babysitting 18 month old twins 1 girl and 1 boy ( who looks alot like Cole) and OH MY GOSH! I cant see how you guys do it and with Drew too!!!! I personally think I would pull all of my hair out if i had to do it every day. It is rewarding and fun but i am going back in your old posts and seeing your points from an entirely new perspective!
Oh and the milk thing, i remeber doing that when i was three. Left milk out for 3 days. Solid. Yuck.

Ahh…. I ’stomach’ the spells of pediasure that is left in sippies all over the house (it is MOST then the smell of that hypoallergenic formula out there)…. Although Chad and everyone else will just throw them away… I am cheap though
in our case: pregnant mom + 3 year old + 19 month twins + Starbucks = good day…
HA! ah yes…been there! that was the unfortunate day i learned where cottage cheese comes from.

Blech! I know that’s true, my son, I swear used to hide them all over the house, and all the sudden the next, or a few days later, he’d be drinking from the cup, or “trying” - SO GROSS. I just threw them out! YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!
Sabrina - occasionally Paige will find an old cup with milk inside. It’s like a action movie when the scene is in slow motion “Paige nooooooooooooooo!!!!”
