Thank you for being great when I got home from work yesterday. I don’t know what mommy was talking about. But I digress, did you really need to wake up and scream from 2 to 4 am this morning? Was that necessary? And when I broke down and brought you to our bed, did you really need to lay perpendicular to mommy and me and force mommy to go sleep in the other room? And did you really need to dig your feet into my back as I made a feeble attempt to try to get at least 3 hours of sleep? This better be an ear infection or I’m going to be building your own room…outside. I’m just saying.
Love always,
Daddy

Poor Paige! Even more so, poor Mommy & Daddy! Maybe you need to invest in a king size bed to give you a little more room
Hi,
I read your blog every once in a while. I have a little guy whose 21 months old. He too was getting up at the strangest hours for the past couple of weeks even before the time change. I didn’t know whether to attribute it to him being cold or what…we’re back on the road to normal…lets hope that you guys get there too!
Sarah - We have a king size bed. I think she kicks me in the back on purpose.
Just think, you will soon have all three in there. Lane every night wakes up about 3am and walk into our bed. As long as we can sleep I’m cool with it. Although, Ryan is getting rather used to the couch:) He’s the one that always gets the feet:)Good luck and Enjoy it. Time flys and they will soon want nothing to do with the old timers.
Shal - If all 3 make their way into our bed, I’m getting a hotel room EVERY night.
Thought you might appreciate this dad singing about kids going to bed in Canon D
